One of the tools that we are using at ANA is called “Action Learning”, it is a dynamic tool used in team coaching sessions. At the team coaching session you can address your urgent issues, have your ideas heard, combine your ideas with ideas from others and learn at the same time.
Yes, please. I would like you to think about a problem, issue, project, task or opportunity that you are having at the moment. Something that you feel that you are stuck with and that is important and urgent for you, today. Then we can work with that on Friday during our session. Examples of problems could be; improve customer service, should I get married again? How do I get an employee to work on time. Should me and my family move away from Thailand?
Before starting the team coaching session I will give you a short introduction with a presentation laying out the framework as well as having some time for Q & A. After the introduction we will have a problem solving session for 90 minutes.
Some rules for the team coaching meeting:
- Be on time
- Be open to speak up
- Be open to listen
- Respect others
- Respect that all info and happenings in the sessions are fully confidential
- Be all IN and commit to the process
